1. Who you are dealing with

PresSmart is a notice board for used printing and graphic machines in India, at pressmart.co.in. It is operated by RefineRack. RefineRack is the grievance contact for these terms and for the privacy policy. Contact: connect@refinerack.com or +91 88378 88090. These terms are between you and RefineRack. They are not a substitute for a sale contract between a buyer and a seller.

2. What PresSmart does

PresSmart shows listings. It does not own the machines, inspect them, test them, certify them, insure them, hold escrow, negotiate the price, or take payment for the machine. A buyer calls or messages the phone number on the card. The deal, inspection, transport, and payment for the machine are only between the buyer and the seller or agent.

3. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with Google. You may post a machine only after you add a phone number and confirm the SMS code sent to it. That number is for your account. The phone you put on a listing can be a different public contact.

4. Posting fee

Sending a machine for review is free. PresSmart may correct the title, category, description, and photos, and may refuse a listing. Nothing is payable if the listing is refused.

The usual fee to publish one machine is ₹3,000. An invite can show a lower fee before you pay. The amount shown on the payment screen is the amount you pay. You pay that amount by UPI to the PresSmart UPI ID shown in the app, then tell support on WhatsApp. The card goes on the public board only after PresSmart marks it paid.

If you have paid and the listing is not published, write to connect@refinerack.com or WhatsApp +91 88378 88090 and the fee will be returned. After the listing is public, the fee is not returned, because the service you paid for is publication. You can still ask for the card to be taken down. PresSmart charges no commission on the sale of the machine, and buyers pay no fee to view or contact a listing.

5. What you promise about a listing

If you post a machine, you confirm that you own it or are allowed to offer it, and that the description, year, condition, price, city, and photos are true and current. You give PresSmart permission to store, crop, and show that text and those photos on the board. You are responsible for a claim that the listing is false, infringes someone else’s rights, or is not yours to offer.

On a live card, PresSmart shows the contact name, the contact phone, whether that person is the seller or an agent, the city, the machine details, the price, and the photos. Anyone can see and copy that. Do not put a number on the card unless the person who answers it agrees to receive calls and WhatsApp messages from strangers.

6. Takedown and accounts

PresSmart may edit, refuse, or remove a listing, and may close an account, if the information looks false, the fee is unpaid, the listing breaks the law, or the account is misused. Write to connect@refinerack.com to complain about a listing or an account. PresSmart will acknowledge the message within 2 days and reply with the outcome within 15 days.

7. Liability

PresSmart is not a party to the machine sale and is not liable for the machine’s condition, ownership, price, delivery, or for what the buyer and seller agree. For the posting service itself, PresSmart’s liability to you is limited to the posting fee you paid for that listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are decided by the competent courts in India. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
