Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

PresSmart at https://pressmart.co.in is operated from India by RefineRack. For privacy requests and complaints, RefineRack is the grievance contact: connect@refinerack.com or +91 88378 88090. A complaint will be acknowledged within 2 days and answered within 15 days.

2. What we collect

• Google sign-in. Name, email address, profile photo URL, and Google account id. The email and profile photo are for your account. They are not shown on the public board.
• Account phone. You add a mobile number and confirm an SMS code so the account can post. The code is sent by Firebase (Google). The account phone is not automatically printed on a machine card.
• Listing. Machine details, price, city, photos, contact name, contact phone, and whether that contact is the seller or an agent. YouTube links you add are embedded on the machine page.
• Payment. You pay the posting fee in your own UPI app. PresSmart does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank password. Support may keep a note that a listed machine was marked paid.
• Use of the site. Google Analytics records pages and events such as a call or WhatsApp tap. Those events include the listing id, machine title, city, price, and contact role. They do not include the phone number.

3. What is public

A live card shows the contact name, contact phone, seller or agent role, city, machine details, price, and photos. Anyone on the internet can see and copy them. Submit a listing only if the person on that number agrees to be contacted by buyers.

4. Why we use it

• To run your account and keep you signed in.
• To review, correct, and publish a machine card.
• To let buyers call or message the number on the card.
• To mark a posting paid and to answer a support or deletion request.
• To see which pages and contact buttons are used, so the board can be fixed.
• If you use description or category help, the text you typed is sent to Google Gemini to draft that text. It is not used to advertise to you.

5. Who else handles it

• Google, for sign-in, the SMS code, Firebase database and photo storage, Analytics, and Gemini when that help is used.
• YouTube, when a listing embeds a video.
• Your UPI app (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm) when you pay the posting fee. That payment stays in the UPI system.

PresSmart does not sell your Google account data or phone number. Google account data received for sign-in is used only to run your PresSmart account, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your account, phone number, and listings by emailing connect@refinerack.com. PresSmart will delete the account and listings it still holds within 7 days, unless a record has to be kept for a payment dispute or a legal duty. You can also withdraw the listing phone from the public board by asking for the card to be taken down. The terms checkbox at sign-up is how you agree to the account phone check and to these rules. Putting a number on a listing is how you agree to make that contact public.
